Vessels
The vessels on this page are all hollow, built on the end of a 1/8" mandrel. Most have cork stoppers which effectively seal the tops so that they will hold liquids, or whatever you choose to put in there, securely. Sizes vary, but most are 1 to 1-1/2". Some have been photographed with a ball chain to stabilize them. The chain is not included. For more individual info, feel free to contact me.
If you'd like to see more vessels - along with an explanation of how they're made - check this section of my blog.
Blue Luster
The color of this glass is "Blue Luster" and light dances over it in a most wonderful way. The "belly" of the vessel is a more translucent glass to emphasize the hollow nature of the piece.
An elegant 1-1/4" from the collar to the bottom, a cork (included) will make it waterproof and add 1/4" to height.

Wild Salmon Rose
This is a combination I have used before and every time, I love it as much as the first. The salmon colored frit dancing around on the beautiful copper green of the base, this time swirled into a rose.
The vessel alone is about 1-1/4".

Purple Tropics
This one just grew on the mandrell to remind me of a tropical night. The twisted glass that forms the frond circling the base set the stage and the green vines and lush purple flowers let me know where we were! Made on a 1/4" mandrell, the hole at the top is larger than normal.
The vessel is almost 1-1/2", waterproof cork adds another 1/4".

Foggy Floral
The base of this vessel is a special color that may never be made again. It reminds me of a foggy day. A goldstone stem scrolls around the tiny bottle and multicolored blooms appear here and there. Made on a 1/4" mandrell, the hole at the top is larger than usual.
The vessel is a little over 1", cork adds about an 1/8".

Lava Flow
How's this for bright? Hot orange gaffer glass with a stripe of yellow in the center to finish it off. Gaffer means the glass has a wonderful wispy quality. A very thin neck swelling into the body of the vessel.
The vessel alone is about 1-1/4" from the lip at the top to the tip at the bottom. Corked to hold your favorite scent.

Tiger Tiger
I love this Tiger vessel especially because it is a "little brown jug." The hole is larger than usual so it will be even easier than usual to put something special in it.
About 1" from the top of the rim to the base, the cork adds another 1/4"

Koi and Grasses
I am involved in a charm swap and the theme is a pond. I was making charms and thought what a great vessel the design I was using would make. This is the result. The little Koi flit in and out through the grasses in the pond and the grasses flow up and around the top to make a lip and handles.
A little guy at only 1", the cork adds about 1/8".

Pretty Posies
An opalescent green base with a darker green vine holding flowers of raspberry and pale blue dancing around it. The vessel was made with no handles and so it has been wired to accept a chain.
The vessel itself is just shy of 1-1/2" long and the cork adds another 1/4" or so.
